My work with patients in the Psychiatry and Neurology Department requires
the integration of many skills. Social Work interventions are not only directed
toward interpersonal interactions and intrapsychic dynamics, but facilitating
basic life-skills and increasing psychosocial functioning. My work with patients
is exciting and encouraging because they are making improvements in many areas
of their life simultaneously.
