The University of Alabama’s Black Faculty and Staff Association recently joined with Brooklyn-based curator Dalila Scruggs to create a new, long-term exhibition at the Paul R. Jones Gallery in downtown Tuscaloosa.
The artwork of husband-and-wife duo James Rodger Alexander and Pamela Ann Venz will be on display from Thursday, Jan. 5, to Monday, Jan. 30, at The University of Alabama Gallery in the Dinah Washington Cultural Arts Center in downtown Tuscaloosa.
Students from Tuscaloosa Magnet Middle School and University Place Elementary School will display their artwork at The University of Alabama’s Paul R. Jones Gallery of Art from Nov. 22 to Dec. 21 as part of the Paul R. Jones Collection of American Art’s K-12 Fellows Program.
The photography of Ines Schaefer will be displayed from Friday, Oct. 7, to Friday, Oct. 28, at The University of Alabama Gallery in the Dinah Washington Cultural Arts Center in downtown Tuscaloosa.
