Astronomy Public Night Set for April 23 at UA

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. — Dr. Gene Byrd, University of Alabama professor of astronomy, will discuss the discoveries of the universe during a UA Astronomy Public Night on Friday, April 23, at 8 p.m. in 227 Gallalee Hall on campus.

Participants who attend will have the opportunity to view Jupiter and the crescent moon from the roof of the building.
