Presidential Circle and Fourth Street West will be closed from Dec. 16 to Jan. 5, 2020. Westbound traffic on Fourth Street West will not be allowed past the entrance to the parking behind the fraternity houses. The eastbound UA bus route on Fourth Street West will detour to University Boulevard and Stadium Drive. This closure is related to installation of underground utilities for the Hewson Hall construction project.
