Your Response Matters: Identify Your Veteran and/or Disability Status

Fostering an inclusive environment makes The University of Alabama a better, more diverse workplace, and UA needs your help to continue making great strides.

Although the information will remain confidential, the University will share the facts and figures with the U.S. Department of Labor.

More importantly, employee participation helps the University understand the unique makeup of its faculty and staff and identify opportunities to enhance diversity and inclusion efforts.

How do you participate?

  • Step 1: Log in to myBama.
  • Step 2: Locate the “Currently on myBama” section on the home screen, and click on the link for the appropriate self-identification form.
  • Step 3: Mark your selection and submit.
