TUSCALOOSA, Ala. — Olivia Rush, a communicative disorders major from Montgomery, sponsored by Alpha Gamma Delta, was named Homecoming Queen for 2019 on Friday night on campus. The 2019 University of Alabama Homecoming Court was selected in a student election. A total of 10,352 votes were cast. Rush’s mother, Angie Wages Rush, was elected Homecoming Queen in 1985. Her philanthropic focus is UA’s RISE Center.
