Faculty Accolades for March 27, 2019

Jenny Carroll, Law School, has published “Graffiti, Speech, and Crime,” 103 Minnesota Law Review 1285-1348 (2019).

Jennifer Feltman, art and art history, co-edited “The Long Lives of Medieval Art and Architecture,” and authored the introduction. The book was published in March in both ebook and hardback by Routledge. 

Dr. April Kendrick, director of Child Development Resources, was presented with an Alabama Women’s Basketball Women’s Leadership Award at the Bama vs. Ole Miss game on Feb. 28. The award was established to identify inspirational women throughout West Alabama and recognize them for their accomplishments.

Dr. K.T. Kim, College of Human Environmental Sciences, has been appointed to the editorial board of the Journal of Financial Counseling and Planning, a peer-reviewed research journal and the official journal of the Association for Financial Counseling & Planning Education.

Megan Moore, art and art history, had an art work juried into the Southern Graphics Conference International 2019-2021 Members Traveling Exhibition. The biennial exhibit will travel around the United States for the next three years.

Drs. Tae-Young Pak and Melissa Wilmarth, College of Human Environmental Sciences, recently joined the editorial board of the Journal of Consumer Affairs, founded in 1967 by the American Council on Consumer Interests.
