The University of Alabama School of Music’s annual “Hilaritas” performance returns this holiday season featuring The University of Alabama Jazz Ensemble, the UA Studio Orchestra and the UA University Singers.
Shows will be at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 7, and 2 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 9. Tickets are on sale now and range in price from $5 to $15. They can be bought online at the School of Music’s ticket website or by calling 205-348-7111.
Leaders for the event are Christopher Kozak, director of jazz studies, and Dr. Andrew Minear, director of choral activities. The program will include such holiday selections as “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas,” “Silent Night,” “It’s Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas” and “Frosty the Snowman.”
