Work-Life and Wellness Expo Returns Oct. 17

Faculty, staff, retirees and spouses are invited to the second annual Work-Life and Wellness Expo at Coleman Coliseum from 7:30 a.m.-1 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 17.

To make the most of your time at the Expo, plan your visit. Use the lists here to help you select the best sessions and screenings for you, and the vendors you want to meet. The Expo map makes it easier for you to choose your preferred route through the Coliseum.

Bring your ACT Card or other photo ID, such as an Alabama driver’s license, for admittance to the Expo. You will be asked to swipe your ACT Card at the entrance table. If you participate in a free health screening, then also bring your BlueCross and BlueShield insurance card.

If you wish to take a Crimson Ride bus to the Expo, both the Crimson and Crimson Express bus routes go to the Coliseum. Use Transloc to see where those buses are in real time.

Free Hands-on Health Sessions

These free sessions all qualify as WellBAMA group sessions. Swipe your ACT Card for WellBAMA credit when you check in. Each 20- to 30-minute event will be offered in two back-to-back sessions in the C.M. Newton room.
