The University has access to DocuSign, a tool for facilitating electronic exchanges of forms such as contracts, applications, membership forms, purchase orders, permits and approvals for class fees, campus events or use of campus space, departmental or internal requests, and many other processes requiring a signature.

DocuSign includes the ability to search, track and organize documents sent and received by users. With an internet connection it is accessible anywhere, any time. Document quality and text can be applied consistently to every instance with improved speed and efficiency. DocuSign can move a department in the direction of a less paper-driven environment, and most importantly, there is confidence in and tracking of the signatures gained throughout the process.
