Wellness Week 2017: Get Fit, Feel Good

The ancient mindfulness practice of walking the labyrinth comes into the 21st century with this portable canvas version.

Free T-shirts and socks. Pop-up glow yoga. A labyrinth. Flu shots. Put it all together and it can only mean one thing: the third annual Wellness Week for students is here.

All events for the week are free, and hosted by the Student Health Center and Pharmacy’s department of health promotion and wellness, working with a variety of partner organizations.
