The Office of Information Technology launched an enterprisewide Box upgrade on Jan. 13. Existing files and folders did not change; instead, Box accounts now feature a lighter design and a new set of tools.
File and Folder Details
Use the new right panel to easily see details about files and folders: who a folder is shared with, whether it is synced to the user’s desktop and more.
File Viewers
Click on a file to see who has viewed or downloaded it, and retrieve prior copies of files.
Better Syncing Capabilities
Easily sync to the desktop for offline access.
New Copy and Paste Feature
Easily organize files in Box with copy and paste.
Favorites
Favorite a file or folder for quick access. Set the Favorites page as the home page in Account Settings.
