UA Panhellenic Hosting Annual Easter Egg Hunt

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – The University of Alabama Panhellenic Association will host its annual Community Easter Egg Hunt on Sunday, March 28, from 2-4 p.m. on the front lawn of the UA President’s Mansion.

Children up to 12 years old are invited to participate in the egg hunt. The Easter Bunny will make an appearance, and families are encouraged to bring cameras for pictures. Junior Panhellenic delegates will be on site to assist the children.

“The egg hunt is Panhellenic’s way of showing that we want to reach out to the community of Tuscaloosa and connect them with the Greek system at the University,” said Megan Hayes, director of programming for the Alabama Panhellenic Association. “Our Junior Panhellenic women host this event and it is an excellent means of gaining leadership experience, especially within the Greek community.”

The event is free and open to the public. Parking is available behind Sorority Row. In case of bad weather, the event will be held in the Ferguson Theater.
