UA Luncheon/Demonstration Featuring Aramark Chef Oct 16

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – A luncheon/demonstration featuring Fred Mildner, district executive chef for the Aramark Corporation in Atlanta, is scheduled for Tuesday, Oct. 16 from 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. in JJ Doster Café located in Doster Hall on The University of Alabama campus.

Mildner will be preparing a lunch with a “mediterranean flavor.” He will demonstrate how to prepare each dish, and recipes will be made available to each guest.

Mildner, a graduate of New York’s Culinary Institute of America, has been with Aramark since 1998. Before that time, he served as executive chef at several restaurants and country clubs in Florida including Sodexho Marriott Stetson University in Deland; Sweetwater Country Club in Orlando; Winter Park Racquet Club in Winter Park; and The Country Club of Orlando.
