The purpose of manners in the workplace is to build relationships with your coworkers and your supervisors. This session will help you understand how to avoid offensive issues at work and how to deal with annoying practices of others in your office.
In this hour long interactive session, we will cover:
The training will conclude with the Top Six Business Office Manners and the Top Seven Meeting Management Skills.
It is recommended that participants complete the main course module – The Etiquette Advantage in Business – as a pre-requisite to the other modules of interest. Completion of all six modules is not required.
