Recent survey research shows that relationships at work are important to managers and to employees. Up to 40% of workers leave their jobs because they were treated rudely in the office. 70% of executives say that they would terminate an employee for bad office behavior.
This two hour interactive seminar will help you maximize the opportunity for individual success at the University of Alabama and improve your work relationships.
Participants will learn a five step process for resolving situations at work and will use their new knowledge to solve some complicated situations that happen in the work environment.
We will conclude the training with a list of the Top Ten Business Etiquette Behaviors which are the bedrock of excellent office manners.
