A service focused culture does not simply happen. It is developed over time through intentional actions, informed decisions, and by cultivating an accountable and empowered team. By establishing service goals, a format for service delivery, and standards for service interactions, both internal and external customers enjoy a positive Customer Experience.

The goal of this new “LearnShop” is to connect employees with resources and skills that support UA Core Competency:

 Student/Customer Focused

To accomplish this goal learners will bench-mark against high-profile brands known for their service culture, engage in training activities, and interact with others to explore ways to apply lessons learned.

To “Experience ACE participants will learn from John Surane, executive vice president of merchandising, marketing and sales, and Shep Hyken, author of Amaze Every Customer Every Time.

Topics explored include:

  • How to "Own Helpful"
  • Consistent and Predictable Behaviors
  • Four Step Plan for Customer Service Success

Upon completion of this course, participants will be better equipped to:

-Establish the right service environment
-Develop service standards
