Effective Spring 2020 The University of Alabama performance review year moved to April 1 through March 31. However, the deadline for submitting performance evaluations will remain May 31.
This course is strongly recommended for new supervisors and those needing a refresher on this topic.

Meet face-to-face with HR Business Partners to discuss recent changes to the performance review forms and timelines, the Performance Management Process, and your role in 1) Setting performance requirements and clear expectations, 2) Providing feedback on a regular basis, and 3) Evaluating performance.
