Join us for Saturday in the Park as we welcome Bill Skinner and his program on Ancient Tools and Weapons! Come out to the park from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and experience a wonderful chance to see him demonstrate different aspects of tools and weapons and teach how they were used and made. If you are lucky, you may get to throw an atlatl yourself! Bill is a long-standing volunteer at the park who always demonstrates tools and weapons at our target range during the Moundville Native American Festival and our annual Knap-In. Join us for an opportunity to learn more about this fascinating aspect of Native American culture!

This event is FREE with regular admission to the park.

Moundville is located 13 miles south of Tuscaloosa, off Alabama Highway 69. Park admission is $8 for adults, $7 for seniors 55 years and older and $6 for students.
