Indian Summer Day Camp is a week-long program that teaches children ages 9 through 13 Native American arts and lifeways. Located at Moundville Archaeological Park, activities include museum and park tours, videos, storytelling, nature hikes, sampling Native American foods, and playing Native American games. Children create several fantastic art projects including pottery, copper jewelry, and a gourd container or mask. New crafts and activities are being added each year!

Van pickup is available at Smith Hall on UA’s campus, or drop your children off at the Conference Center at Moundville Archaeological Park each day.

Dates: June 3 – 7, 2019 and July 8 – 12, 2019.

Cost:  $250.00 per child and $200.00 per child for multiple children.
