The Career Center, Health Promotion and Wellness, and Collegiate Recovery and Intervention Services will host a workshop series, Adulting. This series will teach students how to thrive as a grown-up. Free pizza will be available and students have a chance to earn one Greek point.

One Day at a Time:
Oct. 16, 12 – 1 p.m. – Ferguson Student Center, Room 3700 Join us for a session on the wonderful balancing act of adulting. Learn tips on cooking, ironing, laundry, and all of the other responsibilities your mom probably did for you in high school.

When You are Sick:
​​​​​​Nov. 13, 12 – 1 p.m. – Ferguson Student Center, Room 3700 Learn to take care of yourself like a boss. Come hear one of the Student Health Center and Pharmacy physicians on how to care for yourself when you are sick, important things to discuss with your doctor, and what to expect when it comes to insurance and billing.
