Academic Integrity Week 2008

The University of Alabama has always set the standard with its legacy and tradition of academic integrity. In keeping with that tradition the University is proud to offer a week of events that celebrates the value of academic integrity.

Sunday, Sept. 21

7 p.m. in Ferguson Ballroom
Barrett Seaman, author of Binge: What Your College Student Won’t Tell You, will address the campus.

Monday, Sept. 22

10-11:30 a.m. in Gorgas Library 205
1:30-2:30 p.m. in Gorgas Library 205
Roundtable discussions with campus administrators, faculty, and student leaders

Tuesday, Sept. 23

Pass out stickers: University-wide Honor Council Justices and SGA will hand out Academic Ribbon Stickers at events on Sunday and Monday and also on Tuesday. If you “get caught” wearing your sticker, you can win prizes like book scholarships or free meal cards.
