NOR 101 Elementary Norwegian I. Three hours.

Contemporary Norwegian—speaking, reading, and writing. Course involves self-instructional approach with tapes and texts in the Critical Languages Center. Students meet three hours per week with a tutor. It is the first semester of college-level study in Norwegian. Offered each semester.

NOR 102 Elementary Norwegian II. Three hours.

Prerequisite: NOR 101 or equivalent.
