CQI is a collaborative effort that enables people to work together across organizational boundaries to improve shared processes. CQI can take many forms across the campus and includes a wide range of diagnostic and team activities to meet the needs of diverse organizations. Campus groups have the freedom to implement the CQI methods that best meet their specific needs.
