Olivia May received her BSN from the Capstone College of Nursing at The University of Alabama in 1996. She received her MSN in 2001 from The University of Alabama at Birmingham and is currently certified as a pediatric nurse practitioner. She has extensive experience in emergency and trauma nursing, and pediatrics. Olivia joined the faculty of the Capstone College of Nursing in 2004. She teaches Conceptual Foundations of Nursing and Nursing of Children. Her areas of interest include children with special needs and disabilities and immunizations.
