Balance paid by student - $1,033. 2. Student withdraws week 7 of the semester. 3. Tuition charge reduced to 50% of original cost - $1,033. 4. Assistantship grant reduced to 25% of original tuition - $517. 5. Refund now due to student - $517. 6. BUT - original payment - $1,033 therefore net cost to student is $516.
