They attend an orientation session at the University Medical Center Building on Interview Day, then rotate for individual  interviews with medical school faculty members and rural family physicians.  Interviewers meet in the afternoon to decide which applicants will be admitted to RMSP, and applicants are all notified within 24-48 hours of the interview outcomes.
