ADHD Clinic-psychology Participation
The University of Alabama’s ADHD Multidisciplinary Clinic
began operations on February 1, 1999. The ADHD clinic is a collaborative
project involving the Pediatric and Psychiatry and Behavioral Medicine Departments
of the Medical School, the School of Social Work, and the Department of Psychology. The
Clinic takes place on Monday afternoons in the specialty clinic at University
Medical Center, which is the outpatient teaching facility for The University
of Alabama School of Medicine, Tuscaloosa Program. There is also a multidisciplinary
team meeting each month.
