Ashley Evans, M.D., is an Associate Professor in the Department of Pediatrics
at the University of Alabama School of Medicine, Tuscaloosa. In addition, she
serves as Assistant Dean for Undergraduate Medical Education and is the Clerkship Director within the Department of Pediatrics, coordinating
3rd year medical students
rotating through the Pediatric clerkship. She also serves as Director of the
High Risk Follow-up Clinic.
Dr. Evans graduated from the University of Alabama
School of Medicine, Birmingham, AL (1991) and completed her pediatric training
at The Children’s Hospital of Alabama in 1994. Board Certified in Pediatrics,
her special interests include community outreach such as performing annual Special
Olympics Sports Physicals and caring for high-risk children.
