Evaluation

Mid-Rotation Feedback

You will be given verbal feedback at the time of your objective neurological exam (approximate midpoint) (see attached)

GRADING

1. Clinical Evaluation - 50%

2. Observed Neurological Examination - 20% - Each student will be asked to perform a neurological exam under direct observation of an attending.  Feedback will be provided at the time of the exercise.

3. Final Exam - 30% - On the last week of the rotation there will be a Neurology mini-board.

Students will complete a log of learning issues generated in the PBL Sessions, and a log of patients seen for our use both in documenting and evaluating this experience.  This will be turned in at the time of the final examination.

Students will evaluate the Neurology Clerkship by E-Value, along with the Patient Log and Learning Issues Log.  After all grades are turned in, the student evaluations of the clerkship will be given to the Clerkship Director.
