The gift levels are as follows:
Corporate- a contribution of $10,000 or more
Life- a contribution of $5,000 to $9,999
Benefactor- an annual contribution of $1,000 to $4,999
Patron- an annual contribution of $500 to $999
Sustaining- an annual contribution of $250 to $499
Active- an annual contribution of $100 to $249
Honorary- a non-paying membership awarded to an individual who provides a sustaining or unique service for the Society.
Auxiliary- a non-paying two-year membership awarded to graduates of the University of Alabama School of Medicine Program in Tuscaloosa.
